Staff

We have created a shared non-hierarchical leadership structure split between two Co-Pastors and a Director of Administration because we believe that when decision making, care and responsibility is shared it benefits both the leaders and the community. Our roles and job descriptions are specific, but our leadership is as a team.

Carey Franklin (she/her)

interim youth director

Carey has been a part of the All Souls community since 2019.  She has been connected to the younger members of All Souls as a volunteer, fun friend, and trusted adult since she joined. Carey’s background is steeped in student centered education and has led her to work with youth of all ages in Nicaragua and now all across the US.  She believes deeply in the power of creating spaces where folks of all ages can find places of belonging and thrive in community.  She is delighted to serve her community as the interim youth director for the Fall of 2024.

Deacons

The Deacons of All Souls work to support the needs within our church community, our city, and international missionaries. They oversee the All Souls hospitality ministry, pray for individuals, connect with visitors, help understand the needs of our city, and advocate for those in need within and outside All Souls community. If you are in need of financial support, emotional support, or just would like to get connected at All Souls, please contact our Deacons.

Elders

Elders at All Souls work directly with the Staff to ensure All Souls is faithful to its values and vision. They also ensure that the financial management has integrity and that the budget is focused on the mission as expressed. Elders protect and promote the vision of All Souls, represent the interests of the congregation to the Lead Pastor, and serve as board members of the organization. Elders conduct membership interviews and participate in the pastoral care of our members.
