You are invited to participate in a workshop: How do we engage diverse voices in conversation to bridge our divides.  All Souls is partnering with First Congregational Church and St. John’s Episcopal to present the workshop as part of the Connecting Communities project of The Institute for Sustainable Peace.  The workshop will be facilitated by veteran facilitator and mediator Randy Butler. In it you will be introduced to skills and practices for more constructive dialogue and conflict transformation. While the workshop is offered in the current context of the deep divides all too apparent in our society today, we’ll be working on tools and skills you will find useful for managing conflict in all areas of your life.
