On March 6, we'll be collaborating with Pine Street Church for two Ash Wednesday services. Please join us at either 12p.m. or 5:30p.m. Childcare will be provided for the evening service (ages 2 and under).

Ash Wednesday begins the season known as Lent. The forty days leading up to Easter are characterized by a focus on penitence, fasting, prayer, and works of charity. This first day of Lent reminds Christians of the words of Jesus in Mathew 16:24 - “If any of you wants to be my follower, you must put aside your selfish ambition, shoulder your cross, and follow me.” As the first step in this Lenten journey, the Ash Wednesday service invites us to acknowledge our mortality, our sinfulness, and our dependence upon the grace of God. Your presence is welcome at our services regardless of your faith & church background; we long to share our hospitality and fellowship with you as we observe this unique tradition together.
