The ancient practice of meditation is 7,000 years old and has ties to all major religions of the world, including Christianity. Regular meditation has been proven to reduce anxiety, increase compassion and aid with sleep. Group meditation practices are an opportunity to connect with others and support each other in this trying time. We will be sitting together each week on Thursday morning from 9-9:30am via zoom.
