Imbolc is the halfway mark between the winter solstice and spring solstice, also known as Saint Brigid's Day. We are still in winter and seeds are still underground, not quite ready to spring up yet but there is a stirring - what is stirring for you? Please read this very short article with journal prompts ahead of our meeting to help feel into what you might want to share with the group. Also, creativity is welcome. If you'd like to bring something to “show and tell” that has resonated with you lately, you are most welcome to do so (i.e. a poem, artwork, song, etc. - yours or someone else's - all is welcome.)  The Rayback has coffee and tea for purchase.
